Nostrum organic EVO oil is produced exclusively with Ogliarola garganica variety.
Nostrum also because it is produced there where the oily Gargano has its roots in the “Mare Nostrum (Our Sea)”.
Pampered for more than 3 generations, the olive trees of the Trotta Company, always in organic conditions, enjoy a unique pedoclimatic exposure that is both mountainous and marine at the same time.
The family-run company directly works the olive trees which are personally cared for by the owner with biological and eco-sustainability criteria.
Thanks to these prerogatives, the attention paid during the collection and cold pressing, an oil of great personality is obtained, extremely pleasant and balanced.
Light fruity but of great intensity, it goes well with any dish to be used preferably raw but also excellent in cooking.
